Why the LBD?
Knowledge and Experience – Our consultants are trained and experienced in various aspects of image consulting, beauty and fashion. They are required by The LBD to keep up to date by enrolling annually in a variety of seminars or workshops and to participate in scouting expeditions (retail site tours). As a beauty and fashion resource, The LBD is regularly contacted for consultation by the media and companies interested in seminars and/or workshops. Our business model ensures current style knowledge, reliability, expertise and highly professional client service. LBD consultants are registered with the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) – the #1 resource for image consultants everywhere.
Do I have to book Group Services in advance?
Yes; we would prefer at least two weeks in advance.
Do I have to get rid of clothing at any point during services?
Not at all! We make recommendations; the choice is always yours.
How do I pay?

Can an LBD Image Consultant or Personal Shopper visit outside the GTA?
Yes, but costs may vary. Normally, if you contact the office arrangements can aways be made.
